The Guarantee

Complete the full preparation program and appear at ISSB. If you are not recommended, we will refund what you paid for your package. This applies to all three packages: Essential, Accelerated and Elite.

Conditions

A refund claim is valid only when all of the following are met:

  1. Completed tracker. You submit your fully completed Preparation Tracker (the 30 Day Tracker for Essential and Elite, the 7 Day Crash Course Tracker for Accelerated), with every day ticked, scored and initialed, and the Declaration of Completion signed. Trackers with backfilled, missing or false entries are not accepted. A maximum of two missed days is allowed, and only if both were made up before your reporting date.
  2. Retained practice material. You submit the dated practice sheets listed in your tracker's Practice Material Register: rough work sheets, WAT sheets, written stories, SCT sheets and mock papers.
  3. Class attendance (Accelerated and Elite). Your tracker's session log shows every live class attended, or its recording watched in full on the same day.
  4. Official result. You provide your official ISSB result communication showing you appeared and were not recommended, with a reporting date after your purchase date.
  5. Claim window. The claim is submitted within 30 days of receiving your ISSB result.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Not appearing at ISSB, withdrawal before the conference, or being medically withdrawn.
  • Screening out or rejection at stages before ISSB (e.g. initial tests at PAF/Navy/Army selection centres) unless your package explicitly covered that stage.
  • Change of mind, delivery delays, or dissatisfaction without a completed tracker.
  • Elite: refund is capped at two monthly payments (the two most recent months' fees). One claim per candidate per ISSB attempt.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to the same Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account the payment came from. We may ask a short verification question about your tracker entries before approval.

How to claim

Email thebibleofissb@gmail.com with: your order number, scanned/photographed tracker (every page), photographs of your practice material and your ISSB result. We respond within 3 working days.
